BQA’s home sits on a fenced 1.6-acre property in Paris, giving children dedicated learning spaces indoors and a generous supervised area outdoors.

Families deserve to understand how the school approaches daily safety. Our procedures combine controlled access, monitoring, staff presence, and clear expectations.

Cameras support supervision across the building and property.

Children use the rear grounds only with the school team present and active supervision in place.
A visible community presence
Local OPP officers make regular visits that help reinforce a reassuring presence around the property.
Peanut- and nut-free buildings
Our buildings are peanut- and nut-free. Families are expected to follow school food-safety guidance when packing snacks and lunches.
First-aid readiness
First-aid-certified personnel are on site, and the school maintains required first-aid supplies.

Every activity is available to both boys and girls. Students enjoy the same recreation opportunities in separate, supervised spaces and sessions that respect BQA’s commitment to segregation.

Bullying and harassment prevention
Every child deserves to feel safe, heard, and respected.
Bullying, harassment, and intimidation of any kind are taken seriously at BQA. Trained staff keep a close eye and ear on student interactions, respond quickly when concerns arise, and document and escalate matters as needed.
Children are given clear, age-appropriate channels to speak with a trusted teacher or school leader. We teach students to raise concerns early, support one another, and understand that asking for help is the right thing to do.
