Why teach at BQA?
BQA educators help children become confident learners, grounded Muslims, and caring Canadians. Our team works closely with families and school leadership to give every student the support they need.
Relatively small class sizes make room for focused teaching, small-group learning, and meaningful one-on-one attention.
Teachers work within structured programs, regular assessments, close progress monitoring, and clear communication with families.
Learning takes place inside a masjid environment where Quran, Salah, Islamic manners, kindness, and service shape the school day.
Children of teachers receive discounted school fees. Eligibility and full details should be discussed directly with school management.
BQA takes appropriate gender segregation seriously and works proactively to maintain a safe, respectful, and professional environment for all employees—with particular care for the dignity, comfort, and safety of sisters on staff.
